Pseudotrachys M. Anil Kumar and B. Ravi Prasad Rao, a new genus is proposed in the tribe Paniceae, subfamily Panicoideae of Poaceae. Taxonomic account, technical description, comparative account with allied genus, comparative illustrations and critical notes are provided.
