If it is established upon our findings that the delivery has not been made or there are errors on our part, we will send an additional copy free of charge. Annually up to one free copy may be availed in this manner for each subscription.

Subscriptions once made will be non-transferable and for a period of one year or multiple years as subscribed. They will not be cancelled. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to advise subscribers on periodic suspension or extension of the subscription.
